The imposing straightening machine for aligner timber planks packs was created by CMS in order to aligner the planks and to reduce the scraps as possible in the moment of the cutting of a timber pack.

The machine, that is normally placed in line with the cutting machine for timber packs PMI-120 EL, it is made up of two hydraulic telescopic cylinders that raise the structure where the pack is placed which is secured and aligned through two side pressure.

Once reached the desired inclination (normally about 30°) the pack is released by the two pressure so that it bump with a strong mobile barrier for impact which, once the structure is returned to the starting position, rises and so the pack can pass on the cutting machine thanks a motorized roller.

The machinery is automated, and it is normally managed by the control panel of the cutting machine and it is characterized for its strenght and efficency.
