With the CMS processing line of the planchet is possible to use fully the planchet reducing the scraps, the unnecessary passages in multi-blades and spaces.

The line consists initially of a squaring machine CMS SQ-150,which thanks to one only passage through cutters autocentering allows an optimal squaring on all sides. Once obtained the short beams, perfectly square and without the use of multi-blades, it is possible to personalize the line according to the customer needs; in the standard configuration the squared material is brought on the wooden blocks cutting machine type CMS MT-MA/1 tt, that allows to cut blocks and beams with standard lengths till 1200mm. Once made this passage, it is possible sort the blocks to the short beams, which can be bring on a multi-blades allowing the clapboards already at the desired measure.
